Monthly payments for after school sessions are £22.50 per month, and for preschool £15.25 per month. Payments are calculated pro-rata for school term time only, the overall price is divided into 12 equal payments across the year. Please see the term dates on our website. Pricing is reviewed every January.

Payments are to be made through Square every month, which pays for the month ahead. You will be sent an invoice upon signing up to our classes, and here you will have an option to save your card on file so payments can be taken automatically each month. You will be charged every month on the same date which will be the date that you confirm your continuation with us. If payments are left outstanding for 3 days or more, this will result in your child losing their space.

What does my child's membership include?

Your monthly payment covers 1 session per week during term time, the Ignite Gymnastics Award Scheme for which your child will be continually assessed, you will have access to LoveAdmin on which you can check your child's progress at any time.

Each class is split into defined age groups to ensure your child gets the most age-appropriate experience possible, and we pride ourselves on having a maximum of 6 children per coach (18 participants per class, maximum) so your child will receive as much support and guidance as they need throughout the sessions, as well as plenty of turns on our apparatus!

Club Rules

  • Please make sure all jewellery is removed before sessions begin, earrings that cannot yet be removed must be covered with tape or plasters

  • Ensure your child has a drink with them for every session, as we take regular breaks throughout

  • Comfortable sportswear/leotards are recommended, such as a t-shirt and shorts/leggings, no socks are preferred however we accept socks with grips on the bottom

  • We ask that spectators keep distractions to a minimum to ensure safety during class, we have a maximum of 12 chairs available for spectators. If all of the chairs are taken and you would like to spectate, please ensure you make your way up to the balcony via the stairs outside the hall. This is to alleviate crowding and distractions during the lessons. Please limit the amount of spectators your child has to make it fair for other participants. Do not allow younger siblings or toddlers to stray onto the equipment while classes are in session

  • No filming is permitted by any spectators during sessions, should you wish to film/photograph your child, please let a coach know and we can arrange this when the session finishes


At Ignite Gymnastics, we have between two and three coaches at every after school session, the number of children in each class require all coaches to stay in the hall at all times. This means we are unable to escort your child to the toilet. We encourage them to use the disabled toilet which is just outside the hall if it is available, however if it is not vacant, they will need to go further down the corridor to get to the ladies/mens toilets, we do watch them from the hall doors to make sure they get to the toilets safely, whilst still supervising the other participants in class, however if you are not comfortable with us allowing your child to attend the toilet at the end of the corridor by themselves, you MUST stay in the building while their class is running, so you can take them to the toilet if needed. We try to avoid disallowing children to go to the toilet if they ask. This is to prevent damage to equipment and matting by minimising the occurrence of accidents. Please help us by ensuring your child has been to the toilet before attending their class.


Cancellation & Refunds

Should you wish to stop attending classes with us, we ask for at least 1 weeks’ notice, you can notify us by email at IgniteGymnastics@outlook.com. If you cancel at any time without notice or without informing us that you are leaving, your child's space will be cancelled immediately and they will no longer be registered in our classes as of the day the cancellation was made. You will be liable to pay any outstanding payments that were due at the time of your cancellation. Refunds cannot be given for monthly fees.
