Our independent tots classes are for children age 3 up to school age. In this class we introduce a fully structured class beginning with a warm up and stretches, followed by work on skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels, as well as learning a variety of movements on the apparatus to develop strength, balance and coordination. We also focus on class participation such as waiting for turns, following instruction and both group and independent work.

ToddlerGym participants will be monitored for progress and invited to an Independent Tots class when they are ready for the fully structured session.
