Under 5's Memberships
Monthly payments for preschool are calculated according to your child's class (See our Preschool Memberships page). Payments are calculated pro-rata for one weekly structured session (BabyGym, Sparks or Flames) during school term time only, and the play add-on gives unlimited access to both our Wednesday & Friday free-play sessions. The price for a year is discounted, and then is divided into 12 equal payments across the year. Please see the term dates on our website. Pricing is reviewed every January but is subject to change at any time to accommodate the needs of the business. Payments are to be made through Square every month. Your monthly payment is for your child's place in your selected class, regardless of attendance or number of sessions. We cannot refund for missed sessions. If payments are left outstanding for 3 days or more, this will result in your child losing their space.​
Your monthly payment covers 1 session per week during term time, and the Ignite Gymnastics Award Scheme for which your child will be assessed once per term (Flames members only).
We pride ourselves on having a maximum of 12 children per class for BabyGym & Sparks sessions, and 8 children per coach for Flames so your child will receive as much support and guidance as they need throughout the sessions, as well as plenty of turns on our apparatus!
Should you wish to cancel your child's membership, 1 calendar months’ notice is required. Any invoices outstanding at the time of your notice will also need to be paid. You can notify us by email at IgniteGymnastics@outlook.com. If you stop attending or making payments without notice or without informing us that you are leaving, your child's space will be cancelled and they will no longer be registered in our classes as of the day the cancellation was made. You will be liable to pay any outstanding payments that are overdue and this will remain on record. Refunds cannot be given for monthly fees.​​
