Get ready to watch your little one shine! Our Flames classes are perfect for tots that are ready to take on the world. With fully structured sessions, your child will progress to gymnastics skills such as forward and backward rolls, using the vault, cartwheel preparations, and more! ​​​​
Parents & Guardians have the option to assist their child throughout the session, or watch from seating at the side of the hall
